Fast & Furious salmon and dill spaghetti
This might sound complicated and labour intensive. Trust me- it’s not. I made this dish in 15 minutes and it tastes really great. It’s fresh,zingy and filling. I hope you give it a try.
What you’ll need is:
300g of smoked salmon
100 ml of cream
100ml of white wine
A tbsp of butter
Dill- fresh or dried, it’s up to you. Fresh would work best.
Spaghetti- or other paste of your choice.
So, while the pasta is cooking in seasoned water, you can make the sauce. First heat up the pan with butter in it. Once it’s hot, add thinly sliced pieces of salmon and let them cook for about 1-2 min. add zeste of 1 lemon and juice of half a lemon. Add the wine and let it evaporate a little bit. Add salt,pepper, cream and dill. Bring up to a boil and after 2 min it’s done. Mix with your pasta and serve. You can also add prawns to it- then throw them in when you add the cream and cook for 2-3 min until they’re pink. Easy, quick, full of flavour 😉
